Our Staff
We seek to hire people who are friendly and love children. ALL of our employees have completed extensive paperwork, physicals, state and federal background checks.
Every teacher has (or currently is) enrolled in the Florida State required Childcare Training courses. These courses include:
- State and local rules and regulations
- Health, safety and nutrition
- Identifying and reporting child abuse and neglect
- Child Growth and Development
- Observation and screening
- Developmentally Appropriate Practices for Young Children
In addition, as part of our accreditation, all staff members are required to have 15 hours each year of In-service Training.
